Community terms
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms apply when you use a Last Piece account to connect with puzzle pals. You never need an account to keep your own puzzles.
Be kind. Zero tolerance for abuse.
Last Piece is for sharing the puzzles you build with people you know. By making an account you agree that you won't share, and won't use Last Piece to send, anything objectionable, including:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate toward anyone;
- sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate photos, names or notes;
- spam, impersonation, or content you don't have the right to share.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts that break these rules are removed, along with what they shared.
Report and block, anytime
- Block anyone from their page, or from the … menu on a pal request or anything they shared with you. A blocked person can't send you requests, tag you, cheer you or see your shelf, and their puzzles and news leave your shelf and inbox. They aren't told.
- Unfriend anyone from their page. Tags between you are removed, and neither of you can visit the other's shelf.
- Report a person or a puzzle from the same menus. We review every report within 24 hours and remove offending content and the accounts that posted it.
Finding each other
Pals find you through your invite link or code, or through a puzzle invite you send them. If you turn on Let puzzlers find me, people signed in to Last Piece can also find you by your name or handle and send you a request; they see only your name, emoji, colour and handle, never your puzzles. You can turn search off any time in Settings.
Your shelf and your news
Nobody but your pals ever sees your puzzles, and only after you've both said yes to being pals. What they see is up to you:
- A puzzle you tag a pal in is shared with that pal.
- With Share my shelf with my pals on, all of your accepted pals can visit your shelf: the puzzles you've shared, what's on your table right now, and a note in their inbox when you start or finish a puzzle or earn a badge. Turn it off any time; the puzzles nobody is tagged in, and the news you sent, are deleted from our servers.
- Pals can cheer a puzzle or a badge. You see who cheered.
Puzzle invites
A puzzle invite is a link for someone who isn't on Last Piece yet. Anyone who has the link can see your first name, the name you gave the person you're inviting, and the puzzle's title, brand, piece count and box photo, until the invite expires after 60 days. The first person to accept becomes your pal and is tagged in the puzzle; after that, or once it expires, the link only works as a way to become your pal. You can cancel an invite any time. Send them to people you know.
Your puzzles
You own what you share. A puzzle stays shared until you untag your pals, turn off your shared shelf, unshare the puzzle, or delete your account. Only share photos you're comfortable with your pals seeing.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Puzzle Pals → Delete account; Settings → Account in version 1.0); this removes your profile, your pals, and everything you shared, from our servers.
The app
Last Piece is provided as is. Purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms (Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies).
